Sarah Cabana, LMT graduate from Downtown Yoga and Healing arts. She has trained in many different massage modalities with her strengths being in Swedish relaxation massage and deep tissue. Sarah likes to incorporate trigger point tools into her deep tissue work as well as hot stones and essential oils to assist the muscles in relaxation and release.
