At Last...Salon & Day Spa Policies
It is our goal to provide the best quality of service in the industry. We guarantee our work. It is our policy to fix anything you may be unhappy with, if we are made aware of it within a reasonable amount of time.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to the team members of At Last… Salon & Day Spa, your time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply, as follows.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. At Last… Salon & Day Spa’s policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Child Policy:

We welcome children to have services, but would rather they didn’t wait while you have extended services. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 13 may be left unaccompanied at any time.

We LOVE children... some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal "pampering" time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.). Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. In return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience!

 

Coupon Policy:
We occasionally give out coupons as part of our involvement in community events.  We do not accept competitor coupons. We do not accept expired coupons.  Unless stated otherwise, coupons cannot be combined with any other offers. One coupon per person.

 

Gift Card Policy:

At Last… Salon & Day Spa Gift Cards make a great gift for every occasion! You can purchase them online here, in the store, or over the phone. Our gift cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be used towards services or products, and with any technician. They do not expire. If you use a portion of the gift card the balance will remain on the gift card to be used towards a future purchase.

 

Accessibility:

Our salon & day spa is located in a building that is over 200 years old. There are several steps in the front. We do have a back entrance that people with accessibility issues can use.  As of November 2015, we have added a portable ramp that can be used and accessed at our back entrance for wheelchairs.  Please let us know if you need to use this so we can set up the ramp.
